Love Your Pet Expo Sanctuary is an animal welfare organization with a passion for the blind. We are an all-volunteer nonprofit. We are home to disabled, senior and unwanted or un-adoptable animals. We work with over 15 rescue groups from Southern Oregon to Southern California, rescuing cats, dogs, chickens, goats and rabbits. Because of the large demand to re-home unwanted animals, we step in as pet advocates for unwanted puppies, kittens, cats & dogs. We also foster pregnant cats in distress, giving medical treatment when needed and supplying a loving home environment until the kittens are of age and adopted out.
We help families with vet bill assistance, medication--including some spaying and neutering. We also supply pet food to people who are having trouble feeding their animals due to special short-term circumstances.
Every year we host the Love Your Pet Expo at the Shasta District Fairgrounds. This event helps fund our programs and educates our community on pet safety, nutrition, and the importance of spaying and neutering. At this event, we offer demos, games, vendors, coupons, heart-worm testing, micro chipping & vaccinations offered by local veterinarians at a special discounted price.

Shannon Kerr...This was such a wonderful event. So many great people doing awesome things for our community and fun pooch activities to keep things exciting. Looking forward to next year!
Anita Hysel..You made her new life possible. She was never groomed, smelled like pee, and had hair worn off where a collar would be. She's so smart and sweet. Fulllll of energy. She's soaking up all the love and attention and calories! Bless you for scooping her up and caring for her. Thank you for our new family member.
