We are a 5013C non-profit foster based animal rescue. We primarily but not exclusively pull dogs out of overcrowded North state animal shelters. The dogs we pull are abandoned, need medical care and sometimes come from abuse. We and our foster families care for the dogs, love them and train them to prepare them for the best rest of thier lives. After full vetting, we then work tirelessly to find them thier perfect forever families. We love nothing more than seeing our dogs living the lives they so deserve.

An example of why we fundraise is very fresh and scary for us. We pulled a puppy out of the overcrowded Shelter 9 days ago into our rescue. We knew he had kennel cough, we provided meds for him and off to his foster home he went. The next evening his foster called and said Asher was very very ill and went down fast. We luckily got an urgent care appt with our vet and it turned out poor Asher has pneumonia, his condition was guarded but we got meds on board and fluids quickly. He also had a second appointment for fluids prior to Thanksgiving. We are very happy to say Asher finally started eating on Thanksgiving and he is on the mend!!! Without the generosity of donors we cannot help these sweet souls. We can't imagone what would have happened to Asher if we wouldn't have pulled him into rescue.

We also volunteer at local shelters. We get to know and work with the dogs so we can post them on social media sites in hopes to find them the best families. We are driven to help ease the shelter crisis even when our rescue is full.

It is our passion to save one shelter dog at a time (or 10!)
