Child Evangelism Fellowship

CEF® is a Bible-centered, interdenominational, worldwide organization, composed of born-again believers whose purpose and mission are to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God, and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living.

 CEF Northern Counties covers the 15 most-northern counties of California, including the counties of Shasta, Siskiyou, Modoc, Tehama and Trinity.

Our premier ministry is the Good News Club®. Good News Club ministries take place in neighborhood settings such as homes, schools and community centers all over the world and are designed to bring the Gospel of Christ to children on their level in their environment. A popular location for Good News Clubs are on public school campuses, immediately after school lets out. For the 2025/2026 school year, we are excited to have 30 Good News Clubs taking place across our vast chapter!

We also offer Good News Party Clubs in locations where kids do not have access to a Good News Club. Teams select a fun theme for their party, such as Legos, Ice Cream, Superhero, etc., or have a theme centered around a holiday (Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.) These parties happen at schools, in homes or apartment complexes, at parks, or anywhere else where kids can safely gather. These Good News Party Clubs offer a fun opportunity for kids, and during that time they also hear about the Good News of Jesus!

Fair ministry also offers opportunities to share about Jesus with kids...kids of all ages, that is! Our teams love to share Jesus with kids ages 2 - 102. Parent permission is always sought first, and this frontlines ministry provides the opportunity to reach more people in the community with the Gospel.
