Healthy Shasta: Where the Healthy Choice is the Easy Choice!

Healthy Shasta has supported healthy living in our community for more than 20 years. We work with local groups, schools, businesses, and families to help people make healthy choices in Shasta County. Your donation supports events and projects that help people walk and bike safely, access healthy local foods, and learn how to prevent long‑term health problems. Your donation helps sustain our free community activities.  With your support, we can build a Shasta County where:

• Every child grows up trying fresh fruits and vegetables through Farm Club.
  
• Families are healthier because of Bike Month, Market Match, Walktober, and other proven effective programs. 
  
• Neighborhoods are safe and connected places to be active and engaged in.
  
• Employers support healthier and happier workplaces that improve morale and quality of life.
• Partners and leaders work together to plan and facilitate projects that improve our county (trails, healthy food access, safe travel to school and work).
