ABOUT US:  Hill Country Community Clinic changes lives by providing essential healthcare, education and support to a rural communities in Shasta County, California. We work in partnership with our patients to find the right care, providing hope and support and connection as they find what they need to live whole, healthy and satisfying lives.

From our inception, Hill Country has been a beacon of hope in our region, tirelessly working to provide the highest standard of healthcare services to every resident, regardless of their background or circumstances. We believe that healthcare is more than just a visit to a doctor but involves looking at each person from a holistic perspective. We’ve discovered that when we take this integrated approach to care, it is much more effective at creating the change that people want in their lives, especially those facing the most difficult circumstances.
