The Jefferson Center for the Arts (JCA) is a nonprofit organization devoted to promoting the arts and enriching the lives of people of all ages. As a 501(c)3 organization, we are committed to ensuring everyone can access the arts, regardless of their financial situation.

Since our establishment in 2017 as a grass-roots community endeavor, in collaboration with Shasta Studios and Mount Shasta Children's Theatre, we have served as the primary center for theatrical and musical education for children in the region. We're the home of Camp Broadway! Our center offers a variety of classes, including tap, ballet, chorus, theater, contemporary and hip-hop dance, and more. We strive to provide affordable classes and create scholarships to ensure inclusivity.

But we do more than that. Enriching the lives of people goes beyond the classroom. We also serve as a regional hub for live music, comedy, and visual arts, significantly contributing to the social, economic, and cultural development of the area. Our programming is diverse and eclectic, and we bring acts from all over the world to the region. From comedy to bluegrass, jazz, Oktobeerfest, world music, and beyond, we are dedicated to providing a place for the community to experience top-notch performances.

At JCA, we believe that the arts have the power to transform people's lives. By supporting us, you are supporting the arts and making a significant difference in the lives of children and adults alike. We rely on the generosity of our donors to continue making the arts accessible and affordable to everyone. Join us in our mission to make the arts an essential part of everyone's lives. With your help, we can make a difference.
