Shasta Cascade Health Centers

Shasta Cascade Health Centers is a nonprofit, community-driven healthcare network serving the rural and mountainous regions of Siskiyou County, California. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our mission is simple: to provide accessible, high-quality, and compassionate care to all, regardless of income, insurance, or background.

With clinics in Mount Shasta, Dunsmuir, and McCloud, our roots run deep in the Cascade Range. Surrounded by ancient forests, clear lakes, and snow-capped peaks, our communities are beautiful but remote. Accessing care here can be difficult, and that’s where we come in.

Every day, our team shows up with heart. From primary care and dental to behavioral health, care coordination, and outreach, we offer whole-person care designed to meet people where they are. We serve farmers and teachers, elders and children, hikers and healers, and everyone in between.

But what truly sets Shasta Cascade apart is our culture. We believe in kindness. In taking our time. In doing things the right way, not the rushed way. We are proud of our local staff, many of whom were born and raised here in Siskiyou County, and who bring that deep sense of connection to every patient encounter.
