Norcal Think Pink Inc

Established in 1996, Nor-Cal Think Pink is a community effort to promote breast cancer awareness. Early detection is the best defense against breast cancer. When caught and treated early, breast cancer has a 98% cure rate. Breast cancer can strike anytime: young and old, family history or no family history, healthy and unhealthy women. Breast cancer does not discriminate. It is our hope that through advocacy and outreach education with our surrounding Northern California communities (Shasta, Siskiyou, Modoc, Plumas, Tehama, and Trinity Counties), women will recognize the importance of annual mammograms, monthly self breast exams, and other early detection tools. We invite you to join us in our mission by supporting Nor-Cal Think Pink and helping to spread the word about the importance of early detection.

Nor-Cal Think Pink is again participating in North State Giving Tuesday (NSGT) on December 2, 2025.  We are reaching out to request your support for the general expenses of the organization.  As you know, the funds we raise from our events are turned back into our mobile mammogram, education, and Cancer Detection programs.    

Our organization is staffed by an all-volunteer board and event volunteers.  We do have one coordinator who works about 10 hours per week to track events, legal requirements, and general office duties.

Due to the increasing cost of printing, give-a-ways, postage, website maintenance, etc. we are in need of your financial contribution to ensure we can continue to provide education and awareness on breast cancer.

Even a small contribution can go a long way in helping us reach our goal of continuing to provide these vital services to our community.
