PAL Mentoring is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering positive youth development and addressing the challenges that lead to juvenile crime. It seeks to address the lack of social support and community connections that can affect young people by providing a safe, inclusive environment. PAL Mentoring has a strong track record of success, serving over 200 youth annually and demonstrating a significant, long-term impact on participants' lives. Its most significant accomplishments include:

• Developing Future Leaders: The program boasts a high retention rate, with youth who began as mentees in elementary school often returning to become peer mentors. This demonstrates the program's long-term effectiveness in fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility, creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship within the community. The Junior Mentor Program further cultivates this leadership pipeline, preparing middle school students to become high school peer mentors.
