S.N.A.P. Spay Neuter and Protect was formed in 2018. Our mission is to provide our community with a lower cost spay/neuter program to help reduce the number of unwanted and unaltered cats and kittens. We currently operate a thrift store/adoption center at 9155A Deschutes in Palo Cedro where many cats and kittens have found forever homes. From January 2025 through August 2025, our voucher program has helped alter over 1370 cats.
